Issues with Electrolux Double Oven and Microwave door switch. Royal office representative Marie was terrific in getting the work order scheduled & communicated well with us. Dean was the perfect repair person as he took his time, diagnosed the problems, ordered the correct parts and then returned a week later to repair both units. Dean was polite, professional and was a wonderful representative for Royal Appliance. Any time in the future, I will use Royal !!!!

Royal Appliance is on it's game. Fast response to my issue, repair done perfectly and found an issue that was going to be quite expensive and made the repair in the nick of time. Javier, Becky and Courtney are pleasant and attentive to my time, promptly respond, and kept me in the know as to when they would arrive. I highly recommend them and their expertise.

Just had Royal Appliance repair change out an ice maker that was acting up. Courtney was my technician. They were very professional, accommodated my schedule, showed up on time and did the repair quickly. I generally have high expectations and this group met them all. Will be using again!
